Keane admits debut gaffe at Pride Park

ROY KEANE today returns to the scene of his managerial debut with a confession that he was guilty of a major gaffe when he delivered his opening team-talk.

Keane’s Sunderland visit Derby, the Premier League’s bottom club, who hosted his first game in charge of the Black Cats in September 2006.

The former Republic of Ireland captain saw his side come back from a goal down at half-time to win 2-1.
