Norwich manager Glenn Roeder accused his Stoke counterpart Tony Pulis of talking “rubbish” following his assessment of the Potters’ 2-1 win.
Pulis believed his side “out-battled, out-worked and out-played” the Canaries, but Roeder countered: “I think Tony Pulis has just spoken a load of rubbish.”
Wolves missed several chances but still eked out a 1-0 win over Preston, while Barnsley earned a useful point at Ipswich.
