Cole: ‘tensions’ at the Bridge may give us the Blues

CHELSEA defender Ashley Cole has backed striker Didier Drogba’s claim that internal bickering behind the scenes has affected the Premiership champions’ results this season.

The Ivory Coast striker blamed “tensions” which are “not easy to live with” as possible reasons for Chelsea slipping behind in their title defence.

England left-back Cole now admits their top scorer may have a point as Chelsea prepare for the visit of Nottingham Forest in the FA Cup fourth round tomorrow.
