Three-club rule a total sham, Javier

FORGIVE me. Some issues are beyond my understanding.

It’s a bit like the “logic” of having the January transfer window: this business of whether or not Javier Mascherano should be allowed to play for three clubs in one season. Aren’t we missing the big question? Who decided that he, and any others like him, shouldn’t?

I’ve been asking other journalists and former pros and no one can answer.
