Ferguson: title is two-horse race

MANCHESTER United manager Alex Ferguson believes the Premiership battle is a “two-horse race.”

Ferguson is trusting in the Red Devils’ traditional late run in March and April to play a key role in preventing Chelsea from winning a third successive Premiership crown.

He tells Inside United – the official magazine of Manchester United: “Arsenal have come to form a bit now but at the moment it’s looking like a two-horse race and I think either us or Chelsea will win it.”

The Red Devils supremo added: “Our good form is keeping us up there but we’ve just got to hope that when it comes to March and April our history and our record in these times over the years will help us because we can do well then. That would give us a really outstanding chance.”
