ARSENE WENGER insists he is happy to select Philippe Senderos tomorrow against Chelsea — even though it will mean facing his nemesis Didier Drogba.

Ivory Coast striker Drogba left Senderos traumatised during three clashes with the Arsenal centre-back last season, scoring three goals in the process. Wenger wanted to avoid pitching Senderos into another potentially harrowing battle given Drogba’s stunning form this term but has been left with little option.

Kolo Toure is suspended for the Blues showdown and William Gallas will be sidelined for one more week with his thigh injury, forcing the Gunners boss’ hand.
