McCartney moves

DEFENDER George McCartney has passed a second medical examination and begun light training at West Ham.

McCartney underwent a preliminary medical in August, but remained in Sunderland to have treatment on a knee problem.

Now all the paperwork has been signed to complete a four-year deal for the services of the Northern Ireland international.
