Lean, mean Mido ready for action

A transformed Mido is ready to spearhead Tottenham’s attack against Manchester United at Old Trafford tomorrow after shedding 22lbs over the summer.

The Egypt striker sealed a permanent move to White Hart Lane in the summer after 18 months on loan at the club from Roma.

Now Mido is set for his debut as a full-time Spurs player following a groin injury to the club’s £10.8million Bulgarian striker Dimitar Berbatov.
