Naismith’s late penalty earnsKillies a point

A STEVEN NAISMITH penalty allowed Kilmarnock to snatch a late point against Rangers yesterday.

Kris Boyd had returned to haunt his former club when he grabbed a double for Rangers, and they looked set to hold on for the win despite Frazer Wright netting for Killie.

But the Ibrox club were denied the chance to go a point clear of both Celtic and Hearts at the top of the SPL when Arsenal target Naismith converted from the spot in injury time.
