Gallas no show still has Mourinho upset

CHELSEA’S row with William Gallas refuses to die down after Jose Mourinho accused the defender of a lack of respect for missing the club’s pre-season training camp in America.

Gallas faces an £80,000 fine for extending his holiday without permission and has also lost his lucky number 13 shirt to Michael Ballack.

However, the Frenchman, who is due to meet up with the Chelsea squad on Monday, has not yet been forgiven.
