Arnesen denies rift with Santini

TOTTENHAM sporting director Frank Arnesen yesterday denied former head coach Jacques Santini’s claim that there was a rift between them at White Hart Lane.

The Dane, who took over from director of football David Pleat in July before Santini was appointed to run the team, said he had no problem with the former French national coach.

But Arnesen has revealed there are no plans to add to the coaching staff now Martin Jol has taken over running team affairs.
