Simao to remain at Benfica

PORTUGAL winger Simao Sabrosa will remain at Benfica until the end of the season.

The 26-year-old has been linked with a move to the Premiership - with Liverpool, Man United and Chelsea reportedly interested - but Benfica president Luis Filipe Vieira has confirmed their club captain will remain in Lisbon until the summer.
