ASTON VILLA boss David O’Leary has dismissed reports that he is ready to sell England striker Darius Vassell as “absolute rubbish”.

The player has experienced an up and down season and has been on target only eight times, while his strike partner Juan Pablo Angel has netted on 20 occasions.
