SUNDERLAND manager Mick McCarthy insists his side will be focused on tonight’s FA Cup fifth round replay against Birmingham, even if the priority is promotion.

The Black Cats face Division One leaders Norwich on Saturday, 15 points adrift of their opponents, in their quest to finish in the top six and earn a chance of a return to the top flight.

A home tie against Sheffield United awaits tonight’s winners and with the possibility of a semi-final place, beating Birmingham away would be a massive prize.
