Life is sweet for Robson

The 70-year-old, who has tasted glory in England, Holland, Portugal and Spain and came within the width of a post of guiding his country into the World Cup Final, is back where he belongs and enjoying every second of his time at the helm of the club he supported as a boy.

His enthusiasm after 35 years in football management remains undimmed, and after assembling what he admits is one of the best squads he has ever had at his disposal, the former PSV Eindhoven, Porto and Barcelona boss’s hunger for success is as insatiable as ever.
