Houllier frustrated over ‘unrecognisable’ Pool

MANY more performances like this and the team Gerard Houllier says he hardly recognised as a Liverpool team will no longer be his team either.

The blunt fact is that Houllier's team turned in a dismal display at Fratton Park where they lost to Portsmouth for the first time in 43 years.

And unless matters improve in the next few weeks it will be no surprise if Houllier, the manager since 1998 and now suffering three consecutive league defeats for the first time in the Premiership, pays with his job.
