Campbell’s future assured

ARSENE WENGER has reassured Sol Campbell he will return to the Arsenal side at the start of next season after experiencing further FA Cup final frustration.

Campbell, who was suspended for the 2003 final, was an unused substitute during Arsenal’s victory over Man Utd, which even Wenger admitted he had not enjoyed until the finale.

But rather than spelling out an uncertain future for the defender, the Arsenal boss insisted he was still at the centre of his plans, with “90%” of his team already in place for next season.
