Keane goals put Spurs third

Tottenham 3 Bolton 1

Republic of Ireland striker Keane - who opened his Spurs account at Blackburn a fortnight ago - grabbed his first home goal since his £7million move from Leeds when he pounced after 58 minutes of play. However, the lead lasted just four minutes, as former France international Youri Djorkaeff latched on to Kevin Nolan's chip and scored from a tight angle.

But 22-year-old Dubliner Keane, who has been an instant hit at White Heart Lane, was on the spot again after 74 minutes to sweep home a cross from substitute Gustavo Poyet.
