O’Neill has stars in his eyes
Having played seven big matches in the space of just three weeks including two games against Barcelona and Rangers it is no surprise that his players are feeling the pace.
But having seen the emergence of David Marshall and John Kennedy in recent weeks, the Celtic boss is now set to introduce exciting pair Aiden McGeady and Kevin McBride.
O'Neill insists he will not allow Kennedy to squirm out of his clutches as Liam Miller did.
The defender, who will make his Scotland debut last night against Romania, has already made his desire for a new deal known.
Now the Parkhead boss, who tied goalkeeper Marshall to a four-year contract on Friday, will take no chances that Kennedy will follow Manchester United-bound midfielder Miller out of the club on a technicality.
