Bruce pledges his future with the Blues

STEVE BRUCE has allayed the fears of Birmingham owner David Sullivan by pledging his future to the club — although he admits his head “would be turned” if there was ever an approach from England.

Sullivan has expressed concern that the likes of Manchester United and Newcastle or even the FA may try to secure the services of Bruce.

Bruce said: “I have seen Mr Sullivan’s quotes about Manchester United, Newcastle, England and it is quite flattering. I am happy where I am at Birmingham City. Of course, you can never say never.
