The West Brom striker has heard all the careful words of John Toshack about re-structuring the squad for the Euro 2008 qualifiers in a year’s time.

He also fully understands the problems the Wales boss has following defections and the retirement of ageing senior stars. But Earnshaw still wants to see victories now, starting with tomorrow’s World Cup qualifier against Northern Ireland in Belfast.
