Barca threat to Reds’ Ronaldinho bid

BARCELONA still believe that they can hijack Ronaldinho’s proposed move to Manchester United and that Chelsea can also steal in to rob Alex Ferguson of his prey.

Barcelona’s vice president Sandro Rosell has confirmed his club have lodged an official bid with Paris SG for the Brazilian and Chelsea have too. And despite claims the World Cup winner has told his agent and brother Roberto Assis he prefers to go to Old Trafford, Rosell insists he doesn’t believe that.

Rosell said: “We have been to PSG to present them with the offer we can afford, now we are waiting for their answer. The offer is confidential.
