UEFA may get Real

UEFA will consider television evidence and “other information” before deciding whether to take action against Real Madrid for the racist chanting during their Champions League tie against Bayer Leverkusen.

Parts of the Bernabeu crowd allegedly made monkey chants towards Leverkusen’s Roque Junior, while cameras caught a group making Nazi salutes.

UEFA said in a statement: “During the Group B game at the Santiago Bernabeu stadium, fans were seen making Nazi salutes while racist chanting was heard, directed at Leverkusen’s black players.”
