Savage suspended for England World Cup clash

ROBBIE SAVAGE will definitely miss Wales’ World Cup qualifying clash with England through suspension, the Football Association of Wales have confirmed.

The FAW received official confirmation from FIFA yesterday that Savage must serve a one-match ban after his sending-off against Northern Ireland last month.

FAW spokesman Ceri Stennett said: “It has been confirmed this afternoon that Robbie will serve a one match ban.
