A SATISFYING night’s work almost comes to an unsatisfactory end, as the Czechs gate-crash Brian Kerr’s press conference.

The teutonic edge to their characters make the Czechs sticklers for time-keeping and Karel Bruckner dissects the game before most Irish journalists are in their seats.
