Gunners boss says Sol will be back soon

ARSENE Wenger is confident Sol Campbell will soon recover from his latest injury setback to play a vital role for Arsenal before the end of the season - and with England at the World Cup.

The veteran centre-half made a return, after 10 weeks, in the gunners’ 1-1 draw at Portsmouth, on Wednesday, only to suffer a broken nose in a late clash with substitute Svetoslav Todorov.

Campbell has had surgery and will be out for at least a week, missing today’s Barclays Premiership match against West Brom at Highbury.
