PSG deny agreeing Ronaldinho sale to United

United manager Alex Ferguson was in Paris on Sunday to watch the League Cup final between Monaco and Sochaux amid reports he was ready to offer £10 million for Ronaldinho. But Graille, who takes over as PSG’s president next month, insisted he had not done a deal.

“There’s nothing new,” he said. “I turned down a meeting with Manchester United officials two weeks ago. I am in frequent touch with Ronaldinho’s agent and brother Roberto Assis and we will not make any further statement until the end of the month.”
