Albertini strikes late to deny Real in Madrid derby

REAL MADRID remain in second spot in La Liga following last night’s 2-2 draw at home to city rivals Atletico.

Javi Moreno put the visitors ahead with a penalty after 11 minutes but then Louis Figo took command, scoring twice in the space of 11 minutes, the second from the penalty spot.

A victory for Real seemed on but continued Atletico pressure resulted in Albertini pouncing on full time for a deserved equaliser.
