Chelsea reject Wenger’s attack on their style of play

CHELSEA assistant boss Steve Clarke hit back at Arsene Wenger’s attack on the Blues’ style of play by insisting that his side are entertaining the Premiership — as well as being poised to win it.

Clarke maintained that Chelsea would allow nothing to deflect them from their path to a first title in 50 years.

Wenger had rather damned the league leaders with faint praise, by declaring: "You could say that our football was more attractive to watch, but they are very efficient."
