JERZY DUDEK has tried to banish thoughts of last season’s disastrous game against Manchester United at Anfield from his memory.

Two howlers presented Liverpool's bitter rivals with victory and ended with the 30-year-old being dropped from the first team, his confidence in tatters.

But the Poland international is now back to his very best, as his midweek UEFA Cup heroics in Bucharest and a blinding display at Fulham last weekend proved.
