Morris wants new start

LEEDS new midfield star Jody Morris is confident he can shake off his bad-boy image and resurrect his career at Elland Road.

Morris, who became boss Peter Reid’s first capture last Friday when he signed a two-year contract, has arrived at Elland Road with a reputation shrouded in controversy.

Morris, who has joined Leeds on a Bosman transfer after his release from Chelsea at the end of last season, recognises that mud sticks, but is determined to wipe the slate clean.
