Beckham launches new boot

David Beckham yesterday went back to his roots to launch his new boot.

The England captain delivered the first 23 pairs of his new boots adidas David Beckham Predator Pulse to the East London store where his first pair were bought 20 years ago by his parents.

Sedgewick Sports of Walthamstow will remain the only store in the world where the boot will be available until its official global retail launch on May 1. This is the day he will wear them for the first time in a competitive match, against Barcelona.
