Veron would relish move to Inter Milan

Chelsea midfielder Juan Sebastian Veron has responded to speculation linking him with Inter Milan by admitting he would relish the challenge of joining the Serie A giants.

The Argentinian has struggled to make an impression at Stamford Bridge since joining in a stg£15million deal from Manchester United last summer, and he might be sacrificed in the summer to make space for new arrivals in the Chelsea squad.

With so many midfield players at Chelsea, opportunities are again likely to be limited next season for Veron, whereas at Inter he could expect to be a regular starter.
