Kenny facing police investigation
It has been alleged that Kenny’s behaviour towards the end of the Blades’ 3-2 stoppage-time win over Hull sparked trouble at Bramall Lane on Saturday.
“Complaints have been received from Hull City fans that the goalkeeper made gestures towards them,” read a police statement.
Superintendent Martin Hemingway added: “A number of complaints have been received and officers are looking into them. We need to get a full picture of what is alleged and gather the available evidence.
A crowd of 26,342 watched David Unsworth’s late goal edge the Blades closer to promotion and there were five arrests.
