Barca extend La Liga lead

Goals in each half from Samuel Eto’o were enough to give Barca their 13th win in a row and extend their club record for successive victories.

Barca broke the deadlock on 38 minutes. Ronaldinho caught the Celta defence sleeping with a quickly taken free kick to send Eto’o clear and the Cameroon ace curled his shot into the far corner.

Eto’o doubled the lead just before the hour when Andres Iniesta turned on the edge of the box and fed Eto’o, who blasted his shot high into the net.
