Nothing dicey about Celtic first goal, says O’Neill
Some of the home side’s players seemed to stop as linesman Francis Andrews put his flag up for offside before Henri Camara converted Juninho’s cross.
Confusion reigned after as the referee Mike McCurry spoke to his assistant and told him the ball came from a Guillaume Beuzelin’s pass-back and not a Celtic player. The Hibernian players were furious with the decision and Andrews was hit with a pie, but O’Neill insisted that the referee’s actions were correct.
