DUNDEE chairman Bob Brannan believes his team will retain their Scottish Premier status in place of Livingston for the season ahead.

The SFA has told Dundee they have grounds to appeal against the £15,000 fine imposed on Livingston over the fielding of Hassan Kachloul after he joined Livi as an amateur outside of the transfer window but was found to have been paid.

Dundee now expect Livi to be docked points, which will see them relegated.
