Eoghan Smyth starts at centre while Michael Foy gets the nod at blindside flanker. Munster duo Oisin Minogue and Gene O'Leary Kareem have been named on the bench.

The Ireland team will be captained by Connacht number eight Éanna McCarthy, who previously played with Dolphin RFC, CBC and UCC RFC. Leinster number 10 Sam Wisniekski will be partnered in the half-backs by Ulster's Clark Logan.
