Leinster’s out-half fitness headache is far from over with the news that Ciaran Frawley and Harry Byrne are both doubts for next Saturday’s Heineken Champions Cup game against Leicester Tigers at Welford Road.
Byrne was due to start last weekend’s cakewalk against Stade Francais in the Aviva Stadium but missed out with an ankle problem described as minor by head coach Leo Cullen. Frawley picked up a rib injury against Stade and was taken off.
