Teddy Thomas refused to get carried away after helping Ronan O’Gara’s La Rochelle to a much-needed second Top 14 win in a row and their first on the road this season ahead of the return of the Champions Cup next weekend.

The winger scored the decisive try two minutes from time as the Rochelais beat Pau 29-20, to end the home side’s home winning run after 10 matches.
