Craig Casey knows there is a long road ahead if Munster are to take their quest for silverware up a level and add a third Champions Cup star to the red jersey but it will not stop him dreaming of the “holy grail” of club rugby.

Munster get their four-game Pool 3 campaign underway beneath the Thomond Park lights this Saturday evening against competition newcomers Bayonne, the latest push to bridge a now 15-year gap to the second and most recent of European crowns achieved under Declan Kidney in 2008.
