Cork Constitution had too much firepower for Munster rivals Shannon, winning 43-24 on Thomond Park's back pitch where winger Daniel Hurley helped himself to a hat-trick in Saturday's Energia All-Ireland League action.

Shannon's well-oiled maul provided the platform for three of their tries, but the visitors, who are now in second spot and three points clear of third-placed Lansdowne, crossed the whitewash six times.
