Wales full-back Leigh Halfpenny has been ruled out of Saturday's NatWest 6 Nations clash against England at Twickenham.

The Welsh Rugby Union confirmed Halfpenny's absence. He missed training on Friday, with some reports suggesting he was suffering from a foot infection.
