Dáil passes bill that gives 'an element of financial oversight' to Rugby World Cup bid
The Dáil has passed legislation to allow Ireland host the Rugby World Cup in 2023.
But the bill had to be rushed through before the Summer break after it emerged the former Attorney General changed her mind about it.
