Ireland Head Coach Joe Schmidt has said he will not "be trigger happy" about dealing with players who have made mistakes in today's defeat to England.

England scored two tries in Twickenham today, and they could have had two more if it wasn't for a forward pass and an illegal move in the ruck, as they appeared to slide past the Irish defence at will at times.
