Joe Schmidt has revealed “concern” over fit-again Johnny Sexton facing a relentless schedule of six games in six straight weeks after a three-month absence through concussion.

Sexton has been parachuted straight back into Ireland’s starting line-up to face France in Dublin on Saturday, as his mandatory 12-week lay-off has come to an end.
