Derval O’Rourke lines up new role with Munster

Retired Irish athlete Derval O’Rourke has been given the role of player development manager, working with the Munster rugby team.

The part-time role is run by the Irish Rugby Union Players Association (IRUPA). IRUPA have four player development managers, one based in each of the four provinces.
