All Black “deeply embarrassed” after drinking binge costs him his place

New Zealand fly-half Aaron Cruden has issued a statement apologising after he missed a flight due to a drinking session and was subsequently dropped by management.

The player was due to fly to Argentina with his teammates, but missed the departure after a late night out.
