Cian Healy’s jaw-dropping training includes truck-pulling

“To get results, you have to do whatever it takes.”

Leinster and Ireland rugby star Cian Healy shows us his determination and strength in this incredible ad.

USN shot the video on Dollymount Strand, showing part of the 26-year-old’s pre-season training ritual.

The Heineken Cup winner is seen trudging steadily along the beach, while the voiceover tells us that “In life, sometime, there are no short-cuts.”

When the camera pans back we see that Healy is in fact pulling a truck behind him, with a tow-rope attached to his waist.

If the rugby doesn’t work out, the good people of AA Ireland have now offered him an alternative career.
