Injury-hit Samoa will be without five frontline stars for Saturday’s opening autumn international clash with Ireland at the Aviva Stadium.

Northampton scrum-half Kahn Fotuali’i will captain coach Stephen Betham’s side, with Stade Francais centre Gavin Williams ruled out.
